Carla V. Rivera, originally from Long Island, New York, has resided in Central Florida for the past 16 years. Her move was no surprise like many northerners escaping the brutal winters and higher costs of living up north. At the young age of 20, Carla purchased her first property in Central Florida. Less than a decade later Carla today proudly owns her own real estate brokerage firm, Carla Rivera Realty. Carla takes great pride in the fact that her success stems in large part from positive referrals. Carla works tirelessly to meet her client’s needs and be a calming and knowledgeable guide throughout the sometimes-chaotic buying or selling process.

Carla is well known for dealing with transactions ranging from first-time home purchases to very complex transactions such as deals that are in the middle of divorce, probate and foreclosure proceedings. In such cases like these, nothing can be overlooked, and it is her attention to detail that allows for such emotional transactions to run as smoothly as possible.

It is Carla’s ethical and knowledgeable reputation that she is most proud of. Not only does she have a great reputation with sellers and buyers alike, but also with the agents she works with who represent the other side. Carla is a firm believer that integrity is very important, and her strong ethical principles allow for all involved in her real estate transactions to put their full trust in her.

With her spare time, Carla makes it a point to give back to her community by being a proud member of the Winter Park Rotary Club (a club that provides service above self). Carla especially enjoys helping with feeding the hungry by volunteering and packing meals at different food banks in Central Florida. Carla enjoys spending quality time with her family, cooking, running, and mastering the piano.
